Magicbricks is a high-end property portal that caters to a global market with its unique services and novel online features. Having been launched in the year 2006 by Times Group, Magicbricks has quickly risen to being the No. 1 Property Portal in India. We had the opportunity to design their office in Bangalore, with an area of 15000SFT. For the brand-oriented reception area, we chose to give a good wooden flooring matched with a back wall of two textures, wooden and cement, with a green element on the side. The reception table has been finished with wooden laminate with edgy metal details that go well with the sleek book stand on the side. The sofa blends in perfectly with the space making it look warm and welcoming. The design of the workstation revolves around an artificial tree, as per the demands of the client. The desks and chairs are ergonomically designed keeping in mind the brand colours of the giant company. The cabins have been designed with a tv screen and writing board for maximum functionality. We also provided a pantry unit for the nutritional needs of the team adjoined by vibrant and aesthetic interactive spaces. The final look of the office came out to be absolutely fresh and exquisite with all the green planters at every corner, especially the tree feature that makes the office interior - one of a kind.
